Long Kong

Longkong is a tropical fruit grown mostly in the South of Thailand. The fruit has a thick and rough, pale yellow color skin. The flesh inside is divided into segments, each with its own pip. The pulp is clear, sometimes almost translucent, with a tangy sweet taste. Longkong has a high level of Vitamin B, phosphorus. Longkong is usually eaten fresh as a snack or as a dessert fruit.
