Choose the actual product form
Fresh whole fruit and vegetables
For grapes, mangoes, pomegranate, baby corn and onion, specify variety or grade, pack size, arrival window and destination. Confirm the supplying packhouse, India-origin plant-health route, lot traceability and residue requirements with the importer before loading.
Chilled pomegranate arils
Treat fresh-cut arils as their own product form, not automatically as whole fruit. Agree process, microbiological acceptance, MAP or other pack format, validated storage and shelf-life evidence with the selected processor.
Fruit pulps and ingredients
For mango or guava pulp and other ingredients, distinguish beverage or food-manufacturing use from retail sale. Share ingredients, processing, preservation, drum or other pack format, specification and sample-acceptance requirements.
Frozen, IQF and vacuum-packed foods
Agree the actual frozen, chilled or ambient storage route and intended preparation. Vacuum sealing alone does not demonstrate ambient stability or ready-to-eat status. Confirm the process, storage validation, pack and arrival-temperature responsibilities.
Preserved vegetables, chilli and dried products
For gherkins, jalapeños, chilli or dried fruit, define the ingredients, preservation medium, processing, retail or food-service use and packing. Request the applicable lot specification and product-specific document review.
Rahis rice: verify the selected mill, not just the brand
Rahis is our company-owned brand, manufactured through different rice mills. The brand name is not the legal identity of one fixed manufacturing establishment. For a Saudi programme, confirm the exact supplying mill and address, its relevant current registration status, the product specification and documents for the selected pack and consignment.
APEDA currently links a Saudi Food and Drug Authority list of Indian rice establishments, dated 2 September 2026 and announced on 11 September. Match the chosen establishment and status; a brand search or a similarly named company is not proof of eligibility. Recheck the latest list and requirements before shipment.

Separate the importer, product and supplying-facility checks
Identify the Saudi importing entity and the product’s intended use before finalising labels or booking freight. The SFDA registration guide published at its March 2025 document URL distinguishes manufacturing inputs, catering products and fresh-produce handling categories. Do not assume that a retail pack, ingredient drum, fresh-cut pouch and unprocessed whole fruit follow the same route.
Registration itself is not a licence or a product certificate. Confirm the applicable importer and facility arrangements, product information and current requirements with the importer or competent authority. This page does not grant an exemption or certify a company, product or consignment.

Prepare the label and supply-document brief
- State whether the product is for retail, food service, further manufacturing or a private-label programme.
- Provide the actual ingredients, processing, pack size, intended storage and preparation instructions.
- Arrange importer review of complete label artwork, required Arabic information, lot coding and applicable date markings before production.
- Identify the selected processor, rice mill or packhouse and confirm relevant current documents and lot test requirements.
- For fresh produce, establish the exact India-origin plant-health and consignment requirements with the importer and relevant Saudi agricultural authority. These have not been determined by this page.
- Confirm any product- or ingredient-specific certificate requirements; no universal Halal requirement or exemption is asserted here.
- Agree quantity, arrival port, shipment window, Incoterm, logistics and acceptance conditions in the quotation.
Share reference specifications and artwork through the export desk when requested. Do not put confidential buyer files or sensitive personal documents into website search fields.
